Katlyn has always had a passion for fashion. Ever since she was a little girl, she would spend hours drawing sketches of dresses and outfits on scraps of paper. Despite facing opposition from some family members who thought fashion was a frivolous pursuit, she pursued her dream and continued to study fashion design. 

After working for high-end fashion houses, she decided to strike out on her own and start a couture brand which she called Indika Couture. Indika couture embodies the essence of being Indian, being created in India by Indian artisans with Indian fabrics and craftsmanship enhances the couture culture by bringing India to the world. Starting small, working out of a tiny studio apartment, Indika slowly built up a loyal following of clients who were drawn to her unique designs and impeccable attention to detail.

Word of mouth quickly spread about her incredible dresses, the brand became known for its elegant, timeless designs that flattered women and men of all shapes and sizes.
